My Background :
As a little human, I found sanctuary in the natural world, swimming with minnows in our crick’s deep pools, climbing trees, watching clouds undo and reform themselves. These natural forms, as tangible as they were, hummed with Mystery and Spirit. Here I began to connect with the subtle and invisible realms : feeling at home, feeling more like myself.
At fifteen, I found a guide in the form of a therapist, who led me deep into the varied strata of myself. For as much emotional terrain we traversed together, we also welcomed the spiritual and energetic. Bless her, for believing me when I started seeing ancestors and past lives in her office. Bless her for telling me that there were such things as energetic cords and karmic agreements and ways to access spiritual sovereignty in difficult relationships.
Seven years later, the Wide River that carries me through life washed me to the banks of a psychic development school where I began formal clairvoyant training. Contained by teachers and peers, I began to consistently connect with my own spiritual essence, with Earth and Cosmic energy, with the energy underneath my own patterns, experiences, and choices. Amidst all of the Looking, I also met the terror of seeing and speaking my perceptions clearly, from this life and others. Clairvoyant training gave a huge ‘hello’ to my capacity as a bridge between realms. It opened a door I have not wanted to close.
In the same season, I uprooted from my native river valley and miraculously landed in the high desert of the Southwest. My new life was a fallow field for a time, a kind of Void. Bouts of chronic fatigue extinguished a fire and vitality that I desperately wanted and needed. Alone in the desert, I discovered unknown creatures and forms in my inner terrain that I didn’t notice (couldn’t notice) within my family unit. This new expanse, protected by solitude and quiet, was both beautiful and harsh. I continue to live in this landscape, learning how to be in relationship with everything that resides within me and outside of me.
In recent years, I have met other teachers and allies who continue to invite me to know myself more fully and honestly. I am currently a third year student of HER Mystery School, a school for remembering our indwelling wisdom as women. In the practice of coming down and back into my own body and meeting myself outside of idea or concept, I’ve found more space and ease in accessing both my somatic and spiritual knowing. The work with my teacher, Jumana Sophia, largely informs the way I relate to energy work : my prayer is that our shared space offers more resource, nourishment, and gentle holding for your being to be what it is. It is my hope that our work together offers the support for your being to re-member, re-root, and move through Life’s initiations and experiences with more connection, beauty, wonder, and power.
I’ve personally found practices such as Breathwork, Emotional Freedom Technique tapping, Gestalt therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, gesture, painting, guided visualizations, working with oracle decks, energy reading (clairvoyance), and aura healings to be some of the pathways that point me to myself. These modalities inspire a dynamic approach to my energy work. In a reading, I always hold space for different kinds of emotional-somatic-spiritual processing to occur through whatever arises in the moment.

Completed foundational clairvoyant training and offered more than 70 clairvoyant readings, with additional coursework in house & land healing and embodied divine feminine energy.
