Anima Firma is a practice of clairvoyant energy work rooted in relationship, embodiment, and the living world. Through psychic readings, I support people’s direct contact with their own energy and spirit, deepening their relationship with themselves as spiritual beings. My work is less about predicting what will happen and more about compassionately reflecting what is already present, so that subtle energies can become conscious and integrated.
Nature, Land, and Spiritual Work :
Nature was my first experience of Anima Firma : spirit made tangible, inseparable from the physical world. As a child, sensing the spirit and mystery within the forest and streams created a living connection with my own embodiment, psychic perception, creativity, and life-force. My psychic work grows from this same place. I’m interested in the threshold spaces where the energetic and the physical meet : in our bodies, hearts, minds, and spirits.
I offer clairvoyant readings as a pathway to come into deeper relationship with our own terrain. I believe that when we come to know the wholeness of who we are, we’re able to live in harmony with ourselves and the living world.

What informs my work :
My work is informed by my long-term, continuous commitment to integration and growth, alongside professional clairvoyant training through Psychic Horizons in Boulder, CO. I’ve been a multi-year student of HER Mystery School, a school dedicated to remembering the deep feminine wisdom stream. Flower essences, somatic experiencing, and other psychosomatic approaches — including Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Breathwork, and Gestalt therapy — have become foundational practices for cultivating internal safety, capacity for pleasure and play, and for reclaiming my vitality. My teachers have informed my view that profound healing can come through trustworthy relational containers that circle individuals back to themselves and their own knowing, rather than create dependency. My experience with different healing modalities inspires my own approach — one that is experiential, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity.

I approach this work as a collaborative and relational process rooted in self-authority, discernment, and integrity. I believe each person carries their own direct connection to their inner knowing, intuition, and Spirit. My role is not to define your truth for you or create dependency, but to support direct contact with what is already alive within you.

I hold the container of our shared space with reverence for the work we embark on together. There may be tender places that open through the witnessing of another, and I approach that witnessing with compassion, humility, and gentleness.

I care about insight that can be lived and felt, not simply understood intellectually. I hold a space that honors the experience of the physical and emotional bodies, as well as the spiritual : movement, gesture, and emotional expression are always welcome as we acknowledge what’s alive in your energetic field.
