Being incarnated on Earth is complex and layered. Alongside beauty and connection, we also carry long-held patterns, traumas, and inherited beliefs. An aura reading offers perspective to see this spectrum of your experience with curiosity and compassion.

I conduct energy readings within a clairvoyant tradition established by Lewis Bostwick, founder of the Berkeley Psychic Institute. In this stream of teachings, clairvoyance involves receiving spiritual information through grounded, conscious awareness, often perceived as images or symbols.

What I value most from this modality is the potency of image. Images can speak directly to the subconscious and the body, unfolding their meaning over time. If an image lingers after a reading, I encourage you to stay in relationship with it—noticing what sensations, memories, emotions, or dreams arise. Often, the deeper integration happens not during the reading itself, but in the quiet space that follows.

As my teacher Jumana Sophia describes : It is in the potent silence following the words of the oracle that the real work of prophecy and transmission takes place in your being.

Sessions are held over Zoom and can be recorded and shared with you upon request. We begin by gently opening the space together—often with a brief prayer or moment of intention—to set our space with presence and deep care. I’ll ask for your full given birth name and invite you to share your inquiry, if you have one, as I begin attuning to your energy from a grounded, embodied state.

During the reading, I share the images, sensations, and energetic information that arise through my own intuitive and spiritual awareness. I’m not channeling external entities, deceased spirits, or using tools such as tarot cards. The reading unfolds from direct perception and present-time awareness.

I tend to pause periodically to create space for you to share what you’re noticing, if you’d like. You’re also welcome to remain quiet and simply receive the information. I encourage you to stay close to yourself during the session, noticing emotions, sensations, or impulses as they arise. You’re also welcome to move, gesture, breathe, or express emotion as feels right to you.

I also stay connected to my own body while reading, and may share sensations or movements that mirror what I’m perceiving. I see sensation, posture, and body awareness as meaningful sources of spiritual information.

Sometimes, energies or patterns simply want to be named and witnessed. At other times, they may feel ready to shift or release. If I sense that movement or energetic support may be helpful, I will always check in with you first. I never move into energy healing without your explicit consent. If we do shift into healing work, my intention is to support your system in releasing what no longer serves and replenishing with your own energy at a pace that feels right for you.

There is no fixed agenda for how a session should unfold. Our time together can move gently or more fiery and dynamically, depending on what’s present and what feels supportive. My intention is simply to create space for you to deepen into yourself, where clarity, nourishment, and restoration naturally emerge.

At the end of each session, we take time to help you settle back into your own energy and presence. In the days that follow, you may notice subtle or tangible shifts in your emotional or energetic landscape. I’m available to answer follow-up questions during this period.

How do you maintain energetic boundaries with clients?

Maintaining clear energetic boundaries is essential to my work. It honors both of our sovereignty and each of our innate capacities to heal according to our own timing.

Before a session, I ground myself, run my own energy, and set the energetic container to support whatever experience wants to unfold for each of us. During a session, I stay rooted in my own body and awareness while perceiving your energy, rather than entering or merging with your energetic space.

After our time together, I intentionally clear the shared space and any energetic residue, allowing our boundaries to remain clean, distinct, and supportive of ongoing integration for both of us.

What if something comes up that feels overwhelming or triggering?

Because of the nature of this work, it’s possible that energy connected to previously overwhelming, painful, or disruptive experiences may arise. I don’t censor or judge spiritual information as it’s shown to me; at the same time, I’m attentive to your capacity and desire to receive information that may feel edgy or activating.

If I become aware of material that could feel intense, I’ll often pause and name that—asking something like, “I’m seeing information related to x, y, or z that may feel tender or activating. Would you like me to share?”

You’re always invited to stay close to what you’re feeling in your body and nervous system and to trust the direction you feel guided to go. We can slow down, pause, shift focus, or continue—our work unfolds in response to what feels supportive and resourced for you in the moment.

Who might this work not be a good fit for?

This work is not a good fit for those seeking predictive fortunes, quick fixes, or an external authority to tell them what to do. Intuitive energy readings invite us into relationship with ourselves and into a process of unfolding that is responsive and alive.

While energy work can sometimes catalyze change quickly, we’re not orienting toward a guaranteed outcome. Instead, I invite clients into curiosity, self-trust, and reverence for their own timing and process. This work is best suited for those who feel open to engaging with themselves as conscious participants in their own becoming.

The Nature of the Work

How is an energy reading different from therapy, coaching, or counseling?

Intuitive energy readings are oriented differently than therapy, coaching, or counseling. In our work together, we’re not focusing on mindset shifts, communication strategies, behavioral change, attachment theory, or diagnostic inquiry. I’m also not working at the level of personality or pathology.

Instead, I attune to the soul-level and the underlying energetics shaping your present-time experience—how your energy and life experiences are held in your energetic field.

This work also acknowledges a sacred and spiritual context around life experiences. As we begin to know ourselves and our connection to Spirit, situations in our lives can be held within a wider frame—one that includes divine timing, soul growth, karmic agreements, endings, and initiations. This doesn’t bypass difficulty or grief; rather, it offers more meaning as we move through it.

The feedback I offer is different in nature as well. Rather than responding primarily to narrative or external circumstances, I share what I perceive from the energetic and soul-level information that presents itself (often through images, sensations, and symbolic language) arising from attunement rather than analysis.

Many clients find energy readings complementary to therapy and other forms of support. This work doesn’t replace mental health care or somatic work, but offers another way of connecting to ourselves as spiritual beings.

Session Format

All sessions are 60-minute appointments held over Zoom. Sessions can be recorded and emailed to you upon request at no additional charge.

What is your payment structure?

At this time, I offer a sliding scale that honors a range of financial capacities while respecting the spiritual labor of this work.

The base rate for a 60-minute reading is $115. If you feel resourced to contribute more, you’re welcome to select the Additional Payment option at checkout when scheduling your session.

Payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Refunds are not issued after a session has taken place.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be fully refunded.

If a same-day cancellation occurs, the first instance may be rescheduled and credited toward a future session. Additional same-day cancellations will be charged.

I’m always open to case-by-case consideration in the event of emergencies.

How often do you recommend booking sessions?

The frequency of sessions is entirely up to you. During periods of significant internal or external changes, or while focusing on a specific area of life, some clients choose to have more regular sessions.

You’re welcome to schedule a single session or a series over weeks or months if that feels supportive. I trust each client’s discernment in choosing the rhythm that aligns with their process.
